Registration Fees

$100 — Early Bird Registration Fee, ends March 9, 2012
$150 — Regular Registration Fee, begins March 10, 2012

Registration Substitutions and Cancellations

If you register for the conference, but later find that you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. To make a substitution or cancel your registration, please email your change to pcevents@csc.com by Friday, April 6, 2012. If your cancellation is received after Friday, April 6, you will not receive a refund of your registration fee.

Guest Registration Fee

If you bring a guest, a $30 spouse/guest registration fee will apply. The guest fee covers admission to the Tuesday evening event, but does not include breakfast or the Monday night reception at CSC. We ask that you limit guests to one adult per attendee.
