Who should attend these conferences?

Anyone using RISKMASTER to manage claims and risks including system administrators, risk and claims managers, adjusters and analysts. These conferences are designed to address risk and claims topics and encourage open discussion and collaboration among a diverse range of attendees.

Where are the conferences held?

The RISKMASTER Network spring conferences are being hosted in cities in six major regions throughout the United States. All meetings are open to any community member regardless of location. This year’s meetings are scheduled in:
- Kansas City, Missouri
- Southfield, Michigan
- Seattle, Washington
- Houston, Texas
- Itasca, Illinois
-Orlando, Florida

Do I need to register for a conference?

Yes, registration is required. Registration helps us better plan for the events and ensures that we can keep you informed about last-minute changes to the schedule or location. Use the registration link on this Web site to register for your desired meeting location.

What if I need hotel reservations?

You can contact the host hotel for room reservations. We do not have a contracted group rate for these meetings but do encourage you to make reservations early, if needed.

How long does the conference last?

The conference is one day and is generally scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Is there a charge?

No, CSC clients can attend free of charge as long as a maintenance agreement with CSC is in effect. Continental breakfast and lunch are provided.

What topics are covered?

The meetings will help you learn tips and tools to improve efficiency and take full advantage of the features and functionality of RISKMASTER. Share ideas, experiences and practical ways organizations have benefited from RISKMASTER. Learn about new products, upgrades and the latest trends in the industry.

How often are the conferences held?

Spring conferences are held in March. In addition, all regions convene in the fall for CSC’s Connect for Property and Casualty.

How can I become involved in users' groups?
