Who should attend?
RISKMASTER Spring Network Conferences are for system administrators, risk and claims managers, adjusters and analysts — in short, anyone using RISKMASTER to manage claims and risks.
The conferences focus on risk and claims topics and encourage open discussion and collaboration among a diverse range of attendees.
Where are the conferences held?
To make it easier for our RISKMASTER clients to attend, we will host our 2012 conference five times in five different cities across the United States:
- Seattle, Washington
- Kansas City, Missouri
- Chicago, Illinois
- Orlando, Florida
- Detroit, Michigan
RISKMASTER community members are free to attend whichever meeting they prefer, regardless of location.
DO THE FIVE EVENTS COVER THE SAME TOPICS … OR DIFFERENT ONES?
The same content will be covered in each RISKMASTER meeting, although discussions will vary somewhat in response to questions or comments posed by attendees at each meeting.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE?
Yes, registration is required, in part so we can keep you informed of any last-minute changes to the schedule or location. Use the registration link, which will be available in late December on this website, to sign up for your desired meeting location.
WHAT IF I NEED HOTEL RESERVATIONS?
Please contact the host hotel for room reservations at your earliest convenience. (We will not have a contracted group room rate for these meetings.)
HOW LONG DOES THE CONFERENCE LAST?
The conference lasts one day, and it generally runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
IS THERE A CHARGE?
Employees of companies with an active CSC maintenance agreement can attend free of charge. Lunch is
also provided free of charge.
WHAT TOPICS ARE COVERED?
The meetings will introduce you to tips and tools that can improve your efficiency and allow you to take full advantage of RISKMASTER's features and functionality. You'll hear how other organizations have benefitted from RISKMASTER. You'll pick up practical ideas useful to your business. You'll also learn about new products, upgrades and the latest industry trends.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE CONFERENCES HELD?
CSC's Spring Network Conferences are held each March. In addition, RISKMASTER clients from all regions of the country convene each fall for CSC's Connect for Property and Casualty.
