| Quality Session: Implemented Process Improvements You know the old saying: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Yet the new trend is, “If it ain’t broke, break it.” (Robert J. Kriegel). Sometimes you have to revisit your best practices to identify areas for improvement. In 2010, CSC's Quality Office did just that. We reviewed the number of defects being reported and determined that we needed to adjust our defect detection approach to pinpoint problems earlier in the software development lifecycle, a process that improves the quality of our deliverables. Attend this session to learn more about the impact of this new approach. |

Find out how other companies rolled this product out and discuss any issues or concerns you may have with installing this CDR. CSC presented an installation demo during the Connect 2011 conference. While we will not repeat the entire demo, we will be available to answer your questions and review any of the steps with you. |
