Open to all Network attendees, but with special focus for Exceed users,  this session will provide an overview of recent Exceed releases and other Exceed developments.

Open to all Network attendees, but with special focus for Series II users, this session will provide an overview of the latest Series II initiatives, highlight milestones from the past year and provide insight into CSC's latest quality initiatives.

Hear firsthand from Kemper about the excitement surrounding the company's Exceed J implementation.

1:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Customer Test Lab Open
Open to all attendees, the Customer Test Lab will provide you with a hands-on opportunity to try out the latest CSC solutions.
1:15 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. Exceed Implementers Working Group - Part I
This session is for all Network attendees, especially Exceed users who are primarily program or project managers. The session will provide information on the Continuous Delivery methodology and provide helpful insight for many different Exceed implementations. Participants are encouraged to join in the discussion and share their company's experiences.
  Going Beyond Basic Document Imaging and Workflow
This session will focus on how to bring increased visibility and intelligence into your operational processes. Learn how to leverage the next generation of business process management technology to improve organizational performance and enhance the customer experience. 
  Series II Product Update - Part II
This is a continuation of the Series II Product Update Session - Part 1.  Open to all Network attendees, but with special focus for Series II users,  this session will provide an overview of recent Series II activities and provide insight into CSC's latest quality initiatives. 
  Mobile Insurance - Taking Exceed and Series II to the Next Level
CSC continues to introduce a wide range of mobile insurance solutions. This session will provide an overview of CSC's current and planned mobile capabilities, and it will cover ways mobile insurance can extend your systems, streamline processes and give mobile device users quick and easy access to vital policy administration and claims services.

This is a continuation of Part I.

CSC has been investing heavily in new business intelligence solutions to help you more easily access your data and merge it with other insurance data to improve your analytics capability and business decision-making process. This session will review the latest trends in business intelligence and show you how CSC's Insurance Optics — integrating CSC's admin solutions and an insurance enterprise data warehouse —can help you attain your goals.
  Total Claims Solution - Give Your  Adjusters the Tools They Need

This session is for all Series II users and will provide an update to the 24x7 enhancement that allows you to keep up Series II during your batch cycle.
