Room Reservations, Rate and Deadlines

Hotel rate and cutoff date — A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate of $205 per night plus taxes, which are currently 13 percent per day and a $2 occupancy tax. The total inclusive room rate is $233.65. The discounted rate is guaranteed until the cutoff date — Monday, May 21, 2012 — or until the entire block of rooms has been sold. We highly recommend making your reservation at your earliest convenience.
The rate includes complimentary high-speed internet access in your guestroom.
NOTE: Hotel cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance or you will be charged for one night's room rate, plus tax.
Early arrivals/late departure requests — You may request an early arrival or late departure by completing the Special Requests field on the registration form, available on the Registration page.
Reservations received after the cutoff or after the room block is sold out, as well as early arrivals and late departures, will be confirmed only if space is available.
Confirmation of hotel reservations — You must guarantee your reservation with a credit card. A confirmation of your hotel reservation will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. We will make every effort to accommodate room preferences. Room category will be assigned based on availability when the reservation is received. All attendees will be responsible for paying their own hotel charges upon checkout.
Check-in and checkout times — Room check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 noon. You may check in earlier if your room is ready. If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the hotel will store your baggage until your room is ready.
