Conference Fees
Registration is now open. To register for the conference and make your hotel reservations, visit the Registration page.
Registration Fees and Deadlines
$725 — Early Registration, open until April 20, 5:00 p.m. ET
$850 — Regular Registration, April 21 through the conference
Full conference registration fees cover admission to one Sunday recreational activity (while available), all sessions and CSC-hosted evening events through Thursday, as well as daily breakfast, lunch and drinks as provided.
Spouse/Guest Registration and Fees
$250 — Spouse/Guest Registration (one adult guest per attendee)
The guest fee covers admission to one Sunday recreational activity (while available) and all CSC-hosted evening social events through Thursday. Breakfast and lunch functions are not included in the guest fee.
Changes and Cancellations
Conference and Guest Registration
You can make changes through the event Registration page until Monday, June 8, 2012. After this date, you will be able to make changes at CSC’s onsite registration desk upon your arrival.
Hotel Reservations
Make any changes to your hotel reservation through the event Registration page until Friday, June 8, 2012.
Beginning June 8, please make hotel changes by calling the hotel directly at 504.648.1200.
NOTE: Hotel cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance or you will be charged for one night's room rate, plus tax. There is an early checkout fee of $75. Guests wishing to avoid the early checkout fee of $75 should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Sunday Recreational Activities
Changes can be made through the event Registration page until Friday, June 8, 2012. After this date, you will be able to change your Sunday itinerary at CSC's onsite registration desk upon your arrival. Please note that additions can be made only if space is available.
Cancellations
If you need to make a cancellation send an email to lifeandannuity@attendeenet.com. A processing fee of $100 will be charged for all Connect conference and guest cancellations.
Transportation
Taxi Cabs
Cabs are available at the following local airports:
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)
- $33 plus gratuity (one-way fare)
Transportation Service
Privately chauffeured car service may be arranged through Limousine Livery. The one-way fee between Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and The Roosevelt begins at $65 per person, plus driver gratuity. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Additional options are available based on your preference of vehicle and the number of guests in your party. Rental Cars
All major rental companies are available at the airport.

Parking
Valet services are available for $40 daily. These charges are subject to tax, currently 12 percent.
The hotel does not offer self-parking. However, there are two parking garages near the hotel. The fees for these garages are approximately $20 per night, and do not include in or out privileges.
Attire
Recommended attire for the conference is business casual. Sunday activities may require athletic apparel, and resort-casual attire is appropriate for outside evening functions. The Events page includes venue information to help you plan for recreational activities and evening meals.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided for full-conference attendees during the event. Guest fees include evening functions/meals only. Special dietary requirements may be indicated on the conference registration form.
