Please note that online conference registration will close Friday, October 31. After this date, you will need to register onsite.
Fee Schedule
$350 — Registration through October 20, 2008, 5:00 p.m. EDT
$425 — Regular Registration, October 21 through October 31, 2008
Conference registration will close Friday, October 31. After this date, you will have to register onsite.
The registration fee covers admission to all conference sessions, the Monday night dinner event, and daily breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Registration fees will appear as “Attendee Management Inc.” on your credit card statement.
Guest Registration Fee
If you bring a guest, a $50 spouse/guest registration fee will apply. The guest fee covers admission to the Monday evening dinner event but does not include breakfast and lunch functions. We ask that you limit guests to one adult per attendee.
Hotel Rate
Rooms at the Gaylord Texan are available at a special conference rate of $199 per night. The total rate, including the hotel resort fee and applicable taxes, is $239.12 per night. Changes and Cancellations
Changes
Conference and Guest Registration — Changes can be made through the event registration Web site until October 31, 2008. After this date, you will be able to make changes at CSC’s onsite registration desk upon your arrival.
Hotel Reservations — Make any changes to your hotel reservation through the event registration Web site until October 31, 2008. Beginning November 1, please make hotel changes by calling the hotel directly at 817.778.2000.
Cancellations
A processing fee of $25 will be charged for all conference and guest cancellations. If you need to cancel a reservation, send an e-mail to fallclientconference@attendeenet.com.
