Ground Transportation
The Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center is just six minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Shuttle Service
Shuttle service is provided by SuperShuttle. You can make reservations online at http://www.supershuttle.com or by phone at 800.258.3826. Please be sure to ask for the Gaylord Super Shuttle when you call. The one-way fare is $12 per person to/from DFW Airport .
Sedan Service
Sedan service can be arranged through Gaylord Texan Transportation Services by contacting 817.778.2277. One-way fares range from around $38 to $57 for the first two passengers.
Taxi Cabs
Cab rides cost approximately $30 one-way. Cab loading zones are outside the baggage claim area.
Rental Cars
All major car rental companies are represented at the airport. Additionally there is a Hertz Rental Car facility onsite at the Gaylord Texan. For information on Hertz services, go to http://www.Hertz.com or call 817.778.1490.
Parking
You can park your car or take advantage of valet parking at the Gaylord Texan at the following rates:
$10 + tax – daily self parking, per day
$12 + tax – overnight self parking, per day
$15 + tax – daily valet parking, per day
$24 + tax – overnight valet parking, per day
***Please note that daily guests who use valet parking do not have in and out privileges.***
These costs can be charged to your room at the hotel.

Recommended Dress
Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the conference including all meetings and evening events. The meeting rooms may be chilly, so remember to bring a sweater or jacket.

CSC staff will be glad to help you with any special needs (physical, dietary, etc.). There is a section on the registration form for you to identify any needs that apply to you.
Smoking Policy
The Gaylord Texan is a non-smoking facility.
Alcohol Policy
CSC's official policy is to respect the drinking age limits set by the jurisdiction governing the event venue. In Dallas, the minimum age for consumption of alcohol, beer and wine is 21 years of age.
