CONFERENCE FEES
$750 – Early Bird Registration, ends July 22, 2011
$900 – Regular Registration, July 23 – September 9, 2011
$999 – Onsite Registration, September 10–18, 2011
Discounts — After three attendees register from the same company, a $75 per registration discount will be applied to the fourth and subsequent registrations.
Guest Registration — $299 (One adult guest per attendee is allowed. Guest registration fees include the Sunday and Monday evening receptions, the Connect Awards banquet and the Customer Community event.)
Connect Attendee Registration — Fees include all Connect education, product and sponsor sessions, conference meals, Sunday and Monday evening receptions, the Connect Awards banquet and the Customer Community event.
Future Focus Attendee Registration — Fees include all Future Focus and sponsor sessions, conference meals, Future Focus Network activities and the Connect Awards banquet. Future Focus is an invitation-only event.
Please register for the conference and book your hotel room by completing the event registration form. Complete the form to ensure that we get all the information we need to process your registration and appropriate group hotel rates are charged.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Conference and Guest Registration — Register yourself and a guest by filling out the event registration form.
Hotel Reservations — Reserve a room or make changes to your hotel reservation online until August 24, 2011. Simply complete or revise your reservation information on the event registration form. Beginning August 25, please make reservations through AMi at pcevents@attendeenet.com.
Cancellations — If you need to make a cancellation, send an e-mail to pcevents@attendeenet.com. A processing fee of $100 will be charged for all Connect conference and guest cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before Wednesday, August 24, 2011, you will receive a refund of your conference registration fee minus a $100 processing fee. If you cancel after August 24, 2011, you will not be eligible for a refund of your conference registration fee. All cancellations must be sent to pcevents@attendeenet.com.
