GAYLORD PALMS HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTER – KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA

Built in the sumptuous grand style of a turn-of-the-century Florida mansion, the hotel is located just 1.5 miles from the Walt Disney World® front gate and near other Orlando theme parks. It’s a mere 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Each of the 1,406 stylish guest rooms and 115 suites feature high-speed wireless Internet access, two phones, a large bath area, and an in-room safe where you can leave your laptop to charge in total security.
Room Rates
CSC has negotiated a reduced conference room rate at Gaylord Palms.
Single or double sleep room (one or two people in sleep room) - $174 + tax + a $15 per day hotel services fee (see below).
- If more than two people share a sleep room, the hotel will charge $20 per night for each additional person.
- Children 12 years and under stay for free when they share a room with their parents.
The daily hotel services fee of $15 + tax covers:
- USA Today (weekdays) and Wall Street Journal (weekends), delivered each morning
- Wireless, high-speed Internet access in your guest room and in public spaces throughout the hotel and in the St. Augustine, Everglades, and Key West atriums
- Water  replenished daily in your guest room refrigerator
- Complimentary local and toll free telephone calls (up to 20 minutes per call)
- Use of the Relâche Spa Fitness Center
- Complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World theme parks.
Reservations
To ensure that you receive the discounted hotel rate and we obtain essential details, you must register for the conference and make your hotel reservations through the Connect Web site.
Please do not contact the hotel directly to make a reservation. Our conference coordinators are handling all reservations and will make every effort to accommodate your room preferences.
August 18 — Cutoff Date for Special Hotel Rate
Rates are only guaranteed through 5 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, August 18, or until the entire block of room has been reserved, whichever comes first.
Reservations received after the 5 p.m. (EDT), August 18 cutoff, as well as early arrivals/late departures, will be confirmed on a space-available basis.
Deposit Required
A first-night’s deposit is required to reserve a room. Your credit card will be charged approximately three weeks prior to the event.
Cancellations
Your deposit is refundable only if you cancel at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel any closer to your scheduled arrival date, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. Confirmation
Two weeks before your scheduled arrival, you should receive an e-mail confirmation of your hotel reservation.
Check-In and Early Arrival
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
Arriving early? If you arrive early and your room is ready, you may check-in early. If your room is not ready, the hotel will store your baggage until you can check-in.
Checkout and Early/Late Departure
Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
Until 1 p.m. – Complimentary (based on availability)
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. - $50 plus tax (based on availability)
3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Half day’s rate plus tax (based on availability)
After 6:00 p.m. – Full day’s rate
Need to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date? Please inform the hotel front desk of changes in your departure plans by midnight on the day you check-in. Your account will be charged a minimum of one night’s room and tax.
All attendees are responsible for paying their own hotel charges upon checkout.
