Room Rates

CSC has negotiated a reduced conference room rate at the Gaylord Opryland:

  • Single or double sleep room (one or two people in sleep room) – $174 + tax
  • If more than two people share a sleep room, the hotel will charge $20 per night for each additional person.
  • Children 12 years and under stay for free when they share a room with their parents.

Additional Hotel Fees

  • Resort Services Package – $16.39 (including tax) per room, per day. This includes unlimited local calls and 800-number calls of up to 20 minutes, designated complimentary in-room beverages replenished daily, wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, unlimited admission to fitness center, a daily newspaper, and local shuttle service to Opryland attractions. 

Reservations

You must register for the conference and make your hotel reservations through the conference housing and registration Web site. This will help us gather and confirm essential details and ensure that you receive the discounted group hotel rate.

Please do not contact the hotel directly to make a reservation. CSC’s conference coordinators are handling all reservations. We will make every effort to accommodate your room preferences.

Each reservation requires a first-night’s deposit, which will be charged to your credit card approximately three weeks prior to the event. Your deposit is refundable only if you cancel at least five business days prior to the scheduled arrival. If you cancel after that time, you forfeit your deposit.

All attendees are responsible for paying their own hotel charges upon checkout.

You should receive an e-mail confirmation of your hotel reservation approximately two weeks prior to your arrival.

Cutoff Dates

Hotel room availability and special group rates are guaranteed until 5 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, August 18, 2010.

The deadline to make a reservation is 5 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, or when the entire block of rooms has been sold, whichever comes first.

We urge you to make your reservation at your earliest convenience. Reservations received after the August 18 cutoff, as well as early arrivals/late departures, will be confirmed on a space-available basis. 

Check-In and Early Arrival

Check-in time – 3:00 p.m.

Arriving early? If you arrive early and your room is ready, you may check in early. If your room is not ready, the hotel will store your baggage until you can check in.

Check out and Early/Late Departure

Check out time – 11:00 a.m.

Need to check out late? The hotel may be able to extend your departure time for an additional fee. Contact the front desk on the morning of your departure to ask about availability.
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. – $10 per hour
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. – Half day’s rate
After 5:00 p.m. – Full day’s rate

Need to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date? Please inform the hotel front desk of changes in your departure plans by midnight on the day of arrival. Your account will be charged a minimum of one night's room and tax.
