Guests can once again unwind at a luxurious spa, shop till they drop, dine at 12 different restaurants, play golf and enjoy world class live entertainment — all without setting foot off the hotel grounds.

The flagship property in Gaylord's best-in-class line of hotels, the Gaylord Opryland has nearly 3,000 rooms. It’s located on the banks of Nashville’s Cumberland River, right next to the Grand Ole Opry. It’s an easy 10-minute drive from Nashville International Airport.

ROOM RESERVATIONS, RATE AND DEADLINES

To register for the conference and make your hotel reservations — Complete the event online registration on the Connect Registration page.

Hotel rate and cutoff date — A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees and their guests at a special rate of $179 per night plus a $15 resort fee and taxes. Reservations must be made by completing the event registration form on the Connect Registration page. The hotel will honor requests for early arrivals or late departures if rooms are available. Please tell us about any other special needs by completing the “Special Requests” field on the event registration form.

Hotel rate and availability are guaranteed until the cutoff date — Wednesday, August 24, 2011. To request hotel accommodations from August 25 until the conference, you will need to contact Attendee Management Inc. (AMi).

Confirmation of Hotel Reservations — You must guarantee your reservation with a credit card. A confirmation of your reservation will be e-mailed to you approximately two weeks prior to the event. We will make every effort to accommodate room preferences. All attendees are responsible for paying their own hotel charges upon checkout.

Check-in and Checkout Times — Room check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. You may check in earlier if your room is ready. If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the hotel will store your baggage until your room is ready.
