All conference registration and hotel reservations must be made through the conference housing and registration site. Doing so will ensure that all registration details are completed and applicable group hotel rates guaranteed.
Attendees of the 2009 conference will be offered the following conference room rates at the Dolphin:
Single or Double Sleep Room (one or two people in sleep room) – $199 + tax
Triple Sleep Room (three people in sleep room) – $224 + tax
Quad Sleep Room (four people in sleep room) – $249 + tax
Note: Each sleep room accommodates up to four people.
Additional Fees
In-room Internet – $10.95 per day
Resort’s health club facilities – $8 per day
Hotel rate and availability are guaranteed until the reservation cutoff date of Wednesday, August 19, 2009 (5:00 p.m. EDT), or until the entire block of rooms has been sold. We highly recommend making your reservation at your earliest convenience. Reservations received after the cutoff (August 19, 2009 or when the room block sells out), as well as early arrivals or late departures, will be confirmed on a space-available basis.
Hotel Reservations
Reservations should be made through the meeting registration Web site only. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make your reservation. The conference coordinators will make all reservations. All hotel reservations will require a first-night’s deposit, which will be charged to your credit card approximately three weeks prior to the event.
Deposits are refundable only for cancellations occurring at least five business days prior to arrival. After that time, deposits are forfeited. All attendees will be responsible for paying their own hotel charges upon checkout.
A confirmation of your hotel reservation will be e-mailed to you approximately two weeks prior to your arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate room preferences.
Room check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. You may check in earlier if your room is ready. If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the hotel will store your baggage until your room is ready.
Early Departure
Should you wish to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, your account will be charged one night's room and tax. Please inform the hotel front desk of changes in your departure by midnight on the day of arrival.
Late Checkouts
Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. However, upon availability, the hotel can extend your departure time for an additional fee. Contact the front desk on the morning of your departure to check for availability.
12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. — $40
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. — Half Day's Rate
After 5:00 p.m. — Full Day's Rate
