Will the conference be held in both the Walt Disney Swan and Walt Disney Dolphin hotels?
The conference will only take place in the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort this year.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Attire for all conference sessions is business casual. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so you may want to pack a sweater or light jacket.
Are education sessions offered?
Yes. Education sessions will be offered Monday, September 29. Register for these sessions and learn even more about the products you use every day. You can find session descriptions as they become available on the sessions page of the CSC Connect Web site.
What meals are provided?
Breakfast (Monday through Thursday) is included with your CSC Connect registration. Also included are Tuesday's Connect Awards dinner and Wednesday's Customer Community dinner.
What is the dress code for the Tuesday night awards dinner?
Onstage presenters will be wearing tuxedos. Attendees are encouraged to wear “cocktail party to business” attire.
Will anyone be there to direct me to sessions?
Between sessions, look for "human signs" (CSC employees wearing red CSC ribbons on their name tags).
What is Connect Cares?
Connect Cares was implemented at CSC Connect 2005 to raise money for the American Red Cross and Hurricane Katrina victims. Since its inception in 2005, Connect Cares has raised more than $12,425 for charities such as the American Red Cross, Susan G Komen for the Cure and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Will discount tickets to Disney be offered?
Convention Planning Services is offering discounted tickets to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Adventure Parks and Universal Studios until September 19, 2008. Visit the CPS Web site to purchase tickets.
