Chubb Services was the first CSC client to go live on RISKMASTER X r7. This was achieved with the creation of a client test team that created scripts to auto run through the application. Each team member reviewed designated portions of RISKMASTER X according to priorities based on Chubb’s workflow. The test team met at least once a week to review results. Members created an issue log to track outstanding items and submitted the log to CSC for review as it was updated and reviewed in weekly or bi-weekly team meetings with project management. The combination of Chubb’s client test team and CSC’s team allowed for expedited response and resolution.
Grange Insurance Company
Quality Control Changes
Grange Mutual Insurance has been a Colossus customer for 12 years. Unwilling to become complacent with utilization and quality management of the bodily injury evaluation tool, the Grange management team has made a commitment to revitalize its use of Colossus.
Grange has outlined a 12-month program that will begin with refresher training for all users throughout the organization. Additionally, there will be an intense focus on the quality program which includes increased auditing.
Taking these steps will provide a significant increase in the identification of future training needs, an increase in quality management and continued success with the Colossus tool.
