Project Title: FNOL Dispatch System/POINT BPO
Project Description: Cypress Insurance Group implemented an industry-leading Web-based application to efficiently capture property claims using tight integration with the POINT IN policy administration system in CSC’s BPO operations. This application reduced call intake by 50 percent. Other benefits include the automatic population of policy information; the generation of a claim number; automatic scripting of questions by peril; CAT and non-CAT compliance; coverage verification, minimal training; and the elimination of insurance terminology. The system has been in production for two years during several CAT storms (Ike and Dolly) and is fully stress-tested.
